In the 32nd edition of the Easter Festival, we are particularly pleased about the joint commission to Johannes Maria Staud. Tōru Takemitsu’s composition Between Tides is a game of awakening and passing away. Kaija Saariaho arcs into the fascination of light movements – the music seems dreamlike. Troiani’s work draws figures in the air with small gestures. An evening full of sound experiences.
